In this workshop, the instructor will prepare 5 recipes: 4 mousse cakes 1 delicate Pavlova dessert Flavors include pear, gorgonzola, nuts, cream, caramel, chocolate, coconut, matcha tea, nougat, pineapple… Each flavor is unique, every dessert is original.
Each cake and dessert will have its own individual decoration: chocolate roses, buttercream flowers using Malaysian technique with 3D molds, chocolate coconut, and more. Mirror glaze and velvet finish.
