    During the Master Class, you will learn all the steps to make éclairs, including those with an exotic touch! The instructor will guide you through all phases of their preparation, from A to Z! She perfectly combines the French concept of éclairs with a modern and youthful style. She will reveal all the secrets of dessert preparation, balancing ingredients, and achieving lightness. The most important step in making éclairs is preparing the dough! In the Master Class, you will learn how to prepare it correctly, at what temperature eggs can be added, how long the dough can be cooled, at what temperature it can be baked, and how to bake it in a convection oven or without one!

    Three types of éclair glazes will be prepared, with the third one being the “cherry on top.” You will learn how to properly prepare cream specifically for éclairs, so that the éclair does not become soggy under the cream.
